Free worldwide shipping available on all orders over $115 CAD (express shipping options offered at checkout).

Each EVREEDAE item is customized. With customization comes slightly longer timelines. Our team will do our best to have your pieces customized and shipped within 5 business days. You'll receive a shipment notification via email when your order has shipped.

Where does EVREEDAE ship?

EVREEDAE ships internationally. We currently offer free shipping to all orders over $115 CDN.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

For our Canadian customers, taxes will be applied at check-out according to the province/territory of the shipping address.

If you're from any other country, you will likely be charged duties/customs/taxes by your home country when your order arrives. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that are charged on international shipments that may apply when the product enters your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

What happens if I refuse my order? 

If you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid paying the duties and taxes, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to EVREEDAE. If you want to make any changes to your order, please make sure to reach out to us before your order has shipped.

How do I get free shipping?

All orders over $115 CDN are eligible for free worldwide shipping.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Since all of our items are custom engraved, they are not eligible for returns and are final sale. However, if your engraving is misspelled or there is a mistake with your order, we will happily send you a corrected item, free of charge. 

Return exceptions:

  1. If your item is damaged upon delivery, we'll send you a replacement. 
  2. Your bracelet is under warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. General wear and tear is not covered by warranty. Please be careful wearing your bracelet alongside other metals as it could result in scratching. If your bracelet does defect within your warranty, we'll send you a new one based on inventory availability.
